The United Women Fellowship is a service organization open to all women of the church. Our purpose is to know God, to develop a creative, supportive fellowship and to expand concepts of mission through participating in the global ministries of the church. Our prayer chain links every member together in praying for special needs. We pledge our prayers, our time and our gifts.
The Angels in the Attic group is a blanket ministry. The group meets on the 1st Monday of the month in the Fellowship Hall at 10:00 a.m. to make blankets. The group takes a break in the summer from June through August. The finished blankets are called the “Prayer Blankets.” They are prayed over by the congregation before distributing to members in congregation and other non-profit organizations in our community needing our prayers and tender loving care.
Everyone is welcome to join the group and have some fellowship time together while making the blankets.
